Clare is a creative, intuitive, natural born healer and teacher

With a background career in administration, arts administration and as a creative producer, Clare has a highly organised and professional approach to all she does.

A period of bereavement and work-based stress in the 1990s led Clare on a healing journey of personal and spiritual development. Training in various complementary therapies to support and maintain her own health and wellbeing.

She also trained as a natural voice practitioner and stepped forward to lead harmony singing groups. As a natural voice practitioner she is committed to empowering people to find and free their voices, with natural support of their breath and body.

This journey of personal discovery gave Clare a depth of insight into the human energy system, psyche, healing processes and healing power of breath, vibration and voice. She rediscovered her gifts as an intuitive, empath and lightworker which had been dormant since childhood trauma, and became committed to a path of consciousness.

Trained in Reiki, Emotional Freedom Technique, Crystal Healing, Access Consciousness Bars, self hypnosis, and intuitive healing. Clare has a heart centered approach to all she does. Her interest in conscious relating, healing voice and sound healing bring insight underpinning all her work.

After becoming a Reiki Master in 1999, Clare went on to study an intuitive healing system as a lightworker, and subsequently studied to become an Angelic Reiki Master, and Ascension Reiki practitioner. All of which deepened her connection with the high vibrational frequencies of the angelic realms.

This knowledge and experience of healing modalities underpins Clare’s work with breathers, singers, empowering people to free their breath, their voices to connect deeply with the joy of harmony, as well as with specific therapy clients and students. Hand in hand with work as a facilitator, therapist and teacher, Clare offers holistic singing sessions in workshops and one to one, to enhance well being.

Most of Clare’s work is with groups of people, intuitively holding a supportive space in whatever context. Recent training as a Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator is allowing Clare to create beautiful spaces to hold for clients to explore their breath. Offering both one to one Conscious Connected Breathwork and group CCB sessions, tailored to the needs of individuals.

Clare does not see herself as a medium, but finds oracle card readings have been a source of great support and personal insight on her journey. Get in touch if you would be interested in a card reading.

As a creative Clare writes music, sings and is currently producing pieces of channelled visual artwork to sit alongside her music.

Clare has connected her interest in genealogy with past life healing, and has a deep interest in healing with ancestors though our bloodlines and past lives. She is being called to offer support and insight for others and is developing ancestor work. Watch this space!

Clare is also a qualified cacao medicine carrier, and is keen to share this beautiful plant medicine widely. Offering cacao ceremonies online at the moment, and in person by special arrangement. Please get in touch if this is something you would like to explore.

Due to Covid-19 pandemic, all sessions and workshops are carried out online or remotely at the moment. However, the need to support our wellbeing is great during this time, so Clare continues to offer her work remotely.
